These terms are an agreement between you and Carvify, Inc. (“we”) covering your use of the Loophole app (“the app”). By using the app you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Loophole is a daily word game played against an AI “Guesser.” The daily word is free. Everyone's clues meet the same AI under the same rules; the referee's decisions (off-limits words, rule-based rejections, and scoring) are final — that's what keeps the daily fair and shareable.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Don't copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its services — including attempting to abuse free-tier limits, automate play, or extract the day's secret word from the service.
The Guesser's replies are generated by AI. Being confidently wrong is part of the game — its guesses are entertainment, not information or advice. Puzzle difficulty and par are calibrated against a specific AI model and may be retuned as the game evolves.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carvify, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
