These terms are an agreement between you and Carvify, Inc. (“we”) covering your use of the Unhooked: Quit Vaping app (“the app”). By using the app you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Unhooked is a motivation and habit-tracking tool for people quitting vaping. It is not a medical device, a smoking-cessation treatment, or a source of medical advice. Recovery-timeline information in the app is general education and varies person to person. If you need medical help quitting nicotine, talk to a healthcare professional.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Don't copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its services (including attempting to abuse free-tier limits).
Parts of the app's feedback are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or generic. It is provided for motivation and information, not as professional advice.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carvify, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
